Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RefinishVu ("the Service"), operated by Novuscript LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

RefinishVu lets you upload a photo of furniture and receive an AI-generated preview of how it might look restored. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your use of the Service.

Your content and rights

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload ("Your Content").
• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the photos you upload and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.
• You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers to generate results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights or privacy of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

AI-generated results

Restored previews are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for illustration only. They are estimates of a possible outcome and may not accurately reflect the materials, colors, dimensions, or results of an actual restoration. You should not rely on generated images as a guarantee of any real-world result.

Payments, credits, and refunds

RefinishVu is offered through one-time purchases of restoration credits. Each generated variation consumes one credit, and prices are shown in U.S. dollars before checkout. Purchased credits do not expire.

Because credits unlock digital results that are delivered immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. If a generation fails due to a technical problem on our side, that variation's credit is not consumed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@refinishvu.com and we will review your request.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Novuscript LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novuscript LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
